Added yellow,pink and blue ribbon hanging down. Has a large satin flower attach to the back. It would be cute for dress up and a special occasion. The size is for a small child probably 18 to 24 months. The size of the inside brim is 4 inches and the hat measures 7 inches in diameter. This is a small size.
